Job Requirements
Languages: English.
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Hotel, motel, resort
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people

Specific Skills: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, Recruit and hire staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews, Conduct training sessions, Perform front desk duties, Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Prepare marketing plans, Implement marketing activities, Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities, Enforce policies and procedures, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Assist clients/guests with special needs, Develop and implement business plans, Establish work schedules, Manage events, Organize and maintain inventory, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Provide customer service, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Cost products and services, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
