Hotel General Manager – The Ours Hospitality – Watkins Glen, New York

The Ours Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager / Innkeeper to lead the Colonial Inn & Creamery, a 16-room boutique property in Watkins Glen.

This is a hands-on hotel management position for a hospitality professional who enjoys being directly involved with guests, employees, property operations, and food service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily boutique hotel operations
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest services
• Lead the property team during the busy summer season
• Support the property's ice cream parlor and pizza shop
• Maintain guest areas, grounds, and common spaces
• Resolve guest concerns and operational issues
• Assist with room turnovers and property needs
• Adapt operations to seasonal staffing and demand

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel General Manager, Innkeeper, or similar experience
• Experience in a hands-on boutique hotel or inn
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills
• Ability to work across hotel and food service operations
• Comfortable working independently
• Must be willing to live on-site full-time
