Hotel General Manager – LGN Hospitality, LLC – Columbus, Ohio

LGN Hospitality is hiring a Hotel General Manager in the Columbus, OH area. The position offers 75,000–90,000 plus bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel operations
• Manage front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B
• Lead and develop hotel teams
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Control labor and operating expenses
• Monitor guest satisfaction
• Resolve guest concerns
• Collaborate with sales and revenue teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive hotel management experience
• Hilton or Marriott experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication
• Hands-on management approach
• Strong guest-service focus
