Hotel General Manager Job

Hotel General Manager – LGN Hospitality, LLC – Columbus, Ohio

LGN Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Columbus hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and operational expenses
• Lead, mentor, and develop hotel department leaders and staff
• Maintain brand standards and operational compliance
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
• Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and profitability

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive hotel management experience
• Hilton or Marriott experience preferred
• Strong leadership and financial management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
