Position: Hotel Front Desk Clerk
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $17.40 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Vacancies: 2
Work Location: On-site only (no remote work)
Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available
Qualifications
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: No experience required; training will be provided
Responsibilities
Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Handle group arrivals and departures
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
Provide information about hotel services and facilities
Process guest checkouts, calculate charges, and accept payments
Complete cash reports and balance sheets
Maintain reservation records and room inventory
Answer telephone calls and relay messages
Assist guests with special needs
Deliver excellent customer service
