Home Support Worker
We are a professional couple looking for a caring, responsible and experienced Home Support Worker to care for our mother.
We live in a beautiful house in Squamish, BC. You must love elderly people and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented to be eligible for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Cook
• Travel with family on trips
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Administer medications
• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
• Mend clothing and linens
• Provide companionship
• Shop for food and household supplies
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is required
• Completion of training program in care of elderly or care persons with disabilities is an asset.
• Experience as an asset
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
12:00 PM until 8:00 PM
Work Location:
1045 Starview Place, Squamish, BC V8B 0N2 Canada
Salary: $24.50 Hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per as company policy
