The Sidhu Family is looking for a Home Support Worker to work at their residence.
Job Duties:
• Provide the elderly person with companionship and personal care at the employer’s home under the direction of family members
• Assist with regular exercise
• Shop for food and household supplies related to the elderly person
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and keep track of medications as prescribed by the doctor and under the supervision of family members.
• Assist client with personal hygiene
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to the elderly person
• Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
• High school diploma
• Formal training or equivalent experience for 1-7 months in a caregiving-related field
• Ability to communicate in English
Wages: $20.00/hr for 40 hours per week.
Work setting: Private home on Angelucci Drive, Brampton, ON, L6P1G7
