$23.00/hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

High school completion
Experience
Senior care or household management experience an asset
Languages
Basic knowledge of English
Job Duties
• Provide companionship and personal care as and when needed.
• Prepare food to ensure that hygiene standards are met
• Making bed on daily basis and changing linen as often as required
• Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry, washing dishes and other light housekeeping duties around the house etc.
• Administer personal and bedside care to client such as personal hygiene and dressing and undressing.
• Engage client in physical and mental exercises prescribed by the doctor.
• Observe elderly for signs of concern and report them to the family on an immediate basis.
• Maintain record of client’s activities, behaviour and symptoms for reference purposes.
Other Information
Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
