• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility support
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs
• Administer medication reminders as directed by family or physician
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in health or behaviour
