Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to provide attentive and high-quality care for an elderly woman in Calgary. The role focuses on daily personal care, emotional support, health monitoring, and meal preparation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals and ensure safe food handling.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Administer health monitoring and report any concerns to family members.
• Assist with attending medical appointments and other services required.
• Accompany to outdoor activities, ensuring safety and offering assistance.
• Shop for necessary groceries and supplies, ensuring items meet personal care needs, and keep accurate records of all purchases.

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent education is required.
• Previous experience in caregiving or home support, particularly with elderly individuals, is preferred.
• Organized, empathetic, patient, reliable.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and mobility support when needed.
• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
• Language requirement: English
