• Discuss client's practical and emotional needs.
• Tending to the healthcare needs of client.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and washing.
• Assists with range of motion exercise and other rehabilitative measures.
• Maintains records, documents procedures.
• Practices universal precautions and maintains a clean working environment.
• Designing care plans that best suit the client's needs.
• Is aware of common allergies and related first-aid measures.
Requirements:
• No formal education required
• Will train. Previous experience in the health care industry is an asset.
• Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Client focus, Team Player, Flexibility, Organized, Judgement, Reliability
