Fan's Family Care from Surrey, BC is looking for the suitable individual for Home Support Worker position.

Work Hours: 30.00 hours per week
Duration of Job: Full time, Permanent
Main duties
• Answer call signals to provide personal care to the elderly such as aid in bathing essentials, personal hygiene and dressing.
• Personal care and companionship.
• Plan and prepare meals and special diets, feed or assist in feeding
• Assist and supervise exercise routine and outdoor activities
• Take blood pressure, temperature, pulse and keep records.
• Keep medication chart record
• Perform basic massage
• Make bed and maintain the room tidy
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning or sterilizing medical equipment
•Perform routine housekeeping duties such as laundry and washing dishes
• May accompany her to doctor appointments.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Employment requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Six months above relevant work experience is required.
• First aid certification is required.
