Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of construction skills and experience in various renovation tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of building processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration and remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout.

Proven experience in construction or renovation roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to building structures.
Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, concrete forming/finishing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, welding, caulking, and construction painting are highly desirable.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of renovation work.
