Job Position: Home Child Care Provider
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hourly Wage:$20 per hour
Work Hour: 30 hours per week
Work Location: Vancouver, BC V6N 2H3

We are seeking a responsible, patient, and caring full-time Home Child Care Provider to support the daily care of our children in a safe and nurturing home environment.

Job Duties:

- Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide attentive care to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Provide assistance with homework and school projects to enhance children’s educational progress.
- Encourage learning and development through age-appropriate activities such as reading and problem-solving games.
- Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks for the children.
- Accompany children to and from school, extracurricular activities, or appointments as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for emotional and social development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive household environment for the children.
- Regularly update parents on the children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Follow instructions from parents regarding care routines, discipline, and house rules.

Qualifications:

- Secondary school graduation is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience or ability to perform the job duties.
- Possession of a Child First Aid Certificate is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A clean criminal record is required.
- Patient, caring, responsible, and a positive attitude.
