Wage: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay as per Employment Standards

Job Description

Responsibility:
• Provide attentive care for one preschool-aged child
• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
• Assist with daily routines, including personal hygiene
• Organize and oversee play, educational, and recreational activities (arts & crafts, reading, games, outings)
• Offer emotional support and encourage social development
• Keep the home safe and tidy, light housekeeping related to childcare
• Occasionally accompany child to appointments

Job Requirements:
• Secondary School Education.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Criminal record checks and references may be required.
• Must be patient, caring, and reliable.
