－Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
－Compensation: $35 per hour
Benefit:
－10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
－At least 3 years experience in related field.
－Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
－Oversee strategic planning, organization, direction, and evaluation of operations for residential construction or renovation companies.
－Develop competitive bids for home building and renovation projects.
－Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to finalize plans and technical specifications.
－Recruit, manage, and supervise specialized subcontractors for trades such as plumbing, heating, and electrical work.
－Coordinate project schedules and synchronize subcontractor activities to ensure efficiency.
－Inspect subcontractor work to verify quality standards and compliance with design plans.
－Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and trade subcontractors.
－Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s construction and renovation services.
－Perform carpentry or other trade tasks as needed during project implementation.
