Holman has an outstanding opportunity for Retail Leadership Rotation Program participants to join the team and the Holman Family!
Job Details:
- Tasks will vary based on department assignment each year
- Gain understanding of the business from a big picture perspective
- Experience and learn different types of roles in different business units
- Foster creativity and problem-solving skills
- Support, partner, and collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments including sales, service, parts, and retail central services.
- Build a cross-departmental, multi-business network within Holman
- Complete projects affiliated with rotation as assigned
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
Relevant Work Experience:
- 0-2 years experience in a similar role
Compensation:
Anticipated compensation is $66,000, with potential for additional earnings based on rotation assignments. Compensation may vary slightly based on experience and qualifications.
