Holman has an outstanding opportunity for Retail Leadership Rotation Program participants to join the team and the Holman Family!

Job Details:

• Tasks will vary based on department assignment each year
• Gain understanding of the business from a big picture perspective
• Experience and learn different types of roles in different business units
• Foster creativity and problem-solving skills
• Support, partner, and collaborate with cross-functional teams/departments including sales, service, parts, and retail central services.
• Build a cross-departmental, multi-business network within Holman
• Complete projects affiliated with rotation as assigned
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

• 0-2 years experience in a similar role

Compensation:

Anticipated compensation is $66,000, with potential for additional earnings based on rotation assignments. Compensation may vary slightly based on experience and qualifications.
