Main Duties
Hog and pig farming;
Feed and tend animals;
Monitor animal health;
Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry;
Perform general farm duties;
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment;
Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens;
Set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops;
Assist with maintaining work records and logs;
Assist with maintain livestock performance records;
Assist with breeding and other livestock-related programs;
Recognize and treat certain livestock health problems;
Handling animals;
Power Washing;
Assist with processing pig litters; Assist with weaning;

OTHER INFORMATION
Work Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years
Minimum Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Language: English workplace language
Wage Range: $21.05 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
