Hiring TWO(2) Permanent F/T Restaurant Manager positions!
1126610B.C Ltd dba Chimac Korean Pub & Fried Chicken. in Victoria, BC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to work with us. Our location is at 512 Yates St. Victoria, BC V8W 1K8
Wage: $35.00 per hour
Working Hours: 6 hours/day or 30 hours /week (Full-Time/Permanent)
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
• Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly
• Assist with all administrative aspects and duties
• Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff
• Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
• Involve in hiring new staff.
• Create and adjust all staff schedules.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus
Requirements:
- Completion of a college
- At least 3 years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
- English
