Hiring Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Coldcaller Job

This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for candidates with a sales background. Real estate preferred. You will be Cold Calling home-owners for our company to buy their house (Scripts will be provided). Communication and Organizational skills are needed to communicate effectively in the position - building rapport and determining their motivation for selling.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners.
Follow company-provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home.
Communicate to the homeowner the benefits of selling directly to us.
Data Entry and Database Management: Enter property listings, client information, and other relevant data into the real estate database or CRM system. Update and maintain the database regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and a high volume of deals.

Skills Needed:

Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using computer software in general
You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption.
Must be able to handle rejection well and move on with a positive attitude
Proficiency in English is REQUIRED
Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
Previous sales experience (is a plus). Real Estate experience is not required (is a plus).
