About the Role
The Hiring Manager will own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, build pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end hiring for all departments (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and streamline workflows
Conduct reference checks and coordinate onboarding
Optimize our recruitment tools and processes
Own employer branding initiatives and help position AgencyReviews.ca as a top place to work
Ensure equitable, inclusive, and unbiased hiring practices
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring performance

Job Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience hiring for tech/startup, marketing, or agency-related roles is an asset
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open requisitions
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
A people-first mindset and a passion for improving candidate experience
