Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various methods, including our ATS, online career sites, social media, community partnerships, networking events, college job fairs, and referrals, to source qualified candidates for open positions.
Candidate Experience:
• Provide courteous and responsive communication to all candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Interviewing Excellence:
• Conduct thorough personal and/or phone interviews, meticulously researching and recording all necessary information for successful job placements.
Documentation and Submission:
• Follow established guidelines for proper documentation and timely submission of candidates for open positions.
Collaboration:
• Establish open and ongoing communication with Business Development Managers to ensure the timely and successful placement of candidates.
