High School Special Education Teacher Job

Teach High School Special Students developing and implementing Individualized Education Plan, settings, strategies and variety of teaching tools including computers, digital imaging equipment, projectors, etc. Use visual aids and other effective teaching methods for student comprehension. Use the knowledge of basic first aid methods, techniques for positioning and moving physically challenged students, as required. Prepare and use variety of tools to observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, social development, and physical health. Maintain and report accurate and complete student records. Collaborate with other professionals to carry out school wide instructional activities. Attend staff meetings as required.
Relocation may be required to various unanticipated school sites for teaching assignments within the South East USA.

Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalency in Special Education or related, 2 years of teaching experience & GAPSC Special Education Certification or eligibility.
