About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced B2C Sales Specialist to connect with customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and confidently close sales. This is a fully remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers by phone, email, video, and other channels.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Present value, features, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with qualified prospects and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
- Manage sales opportunities and work toward assigned targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional sales experience.
- B2C/direct-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- CRM or lead-management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Fluent professional English.
- Strong organization, self-management, and follow-through.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and suitable home workspace.
- Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
