Job Description:
The Home Health RN, Case by Case, Skilled Visits provides professional nursing care for the home health patient; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Responsible for delivery of quality patient care that meets or exceeds established standards and provides assistance in activities to meet state and/or federal regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
Cook Children's is an EOE/AA - Minority/Females/Disability/Vet
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing,
- 1 year of pediatric or home health experience,
- 6 months hospital experience.
- Current Texas RN license,
- C PR certification,
- Current Texas drivers license in good standing.
- PALS certification preferred.
