We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and network support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent service to end users.

Key job responsibilities:
- Respond to user support requests by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems related to computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment.
- Provide step-by-step guidance, training, and technical advice to users experiencing difficulties with systems, applications, or equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer workstations, operating systems, software applications, and required cables or peripherals.
- Set up accounts, permissions, and access to computer networks and business systems in accordance with company protocols.
- Monitor and document the performance of computer systems and networks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Consult technical manuals, user guides, and documentation to research solutions and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain a detailed log of problems, diagnostics performed, and solutions applied for use by the technical support team.
- Provide onsite support for Internet connectivity, network access, and internal business systems.
- Deliver professional customer service while addressing user concerns, ensuring timely and effective technical support.
