Join our team as a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative and contribute to our dynamic sales force.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for heavy equipment.
• Prepare and administer sales and other contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
• Promote sales to existing clients, introducing new products and upgrades.
• Identify and actively solicit potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Assess clients’ needs and resources to recommend the most appropriate heavy equipment and services.
• Develop detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of products and services.
• Deliver dynamic and informative sales presentations to clients.
• Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Reach out to clients after sales or contract signings to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, helping to resolve any client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• College or CEGEP diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the related industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Skilled in managing the complete sales cycle.
• Proven success in client acquisition and retention.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional customer service with a focus on post-sale support.
