Heavy Equipment Operator - Material Handling Job

Operate heavy-duty mobile equipment equipped with hydraulic lifting and boom attachments to move and position construction materials (specialized drywall and steel).

Perform pre-operational inspections on hydraulic systems, boom mechanisms, and safety components of the equipment.

Coordinate with construction site supervisors to ensure the precision placement of heavy loads at residential and commercial sites.

Clean, lubricate, and perform minor maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure operational safety.

Operate equipment to safely load and unload cargo from delivery vehicles and warehouse platforms.

Employment Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience: No Experience however, 1–2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation or related material handling is preferred.

License: A valid driver's license before joining (Class 3 with Air Brake endorsement is required for the vehicle portion).

Skills: Internal company certification on boom-equipped equipment will be provided.
