Heavy Equipment Operator Job

We need four (4) Heavy Equipment Operators who can start immediately.

Wage: $36.00 an hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Terms of employment:
Permanent; Full-time

Employment Conditions:
Day; Evening; Morning; Overtime; Shift; Weekend

Language requirement: English

Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 – 2 years in related field

Job Duties:
• Operate heavy equipment like bulldozers, excavators, and loaders for construction, excavation, and material handling tasks.
• Inspect equipment before use to ensure it’s safe and in good working condition.
• Prepare sites by clearing land, leveling ground, and grading surfaces.
• Load and transport materials, such as soil and gravel, using heavy machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines, wear protective gear, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking fluids and making minor repairs.
• Work with the crew and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Read and follow construction plans and blueprints to complete tasks.
• Operate equipment in various conditions, such as extreme weather and uneven terrain.
