BJS Transport Ltd., located at Unit-301, 1 Gateway Blvd., Brampton, ON, L6T 0G3, is looking to hire full time Heavy-duty equipment operator foreman for their company.
Openings: 1
Wage: $40.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers operating cranes and heavy equipment such as construction, paving, drilling, and railway maintenance.
• Develop methods to meet work schedules and coordinate activities with other supervisors or managers.
• Order materials and supplies as needed.
• Address work issues and suggest ways to improve productivity.
• Train workers or arrange for their training.
• Recommend personnel decisions, including hiring and promotions.
• Prepare production and other relevant reports.
• May manage the operations of their own company.
• May also supervise apprentices, helpers, and laborers involved in related tasks.
Education & Experience:
• Completion of senior secondary is required
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
