Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Job

NNK Equipment Services is looking for Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic. Applicants should have a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years in a related field, or minimum of 3 years related experience. Pay per hour will be $50.00 per hour. This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours of work per week.
Some of Job duties of Heavy-Duty Equipment will be:
• Troubleshoot and inspect heavy-duty equipment, farm equipment and trucks to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Diagnose faults using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repairs required.
• Adjust, repair or replace defective parts and components.
• Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Attach, install and adjust components on new farm and agricultural equipment.
• Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance on heavy-duty equipment.
• Perform repair and maintenance work on heavy trucks, equipment attachments and working tools.
