Heavy Duty Cleaner Job

Tasks
Operate and maintain a variety of heavy-duty cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, and power washers.
Assist Kitchen Hood Technicians in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust hoods in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Perform professional carpet cleaning services, including spot and stain removal using specialized cleaning solutions and techniques.
Execute interior and exterior window cleaning using ladders, scaffolding, boom lifts, or rope access systems, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Work with minimal supervision

Job location
May be asked to work at different commercial clients locations in the area.
