Is a licensed HVAC company providing service in installation, routine maintenance or emergency repairs in Greater Metro Vancouver area and its surrounding cities and is looking for " Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanic " who is trustworthy and having commitment to provide quality service. The details are as below:
Position: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanic (Full Time/ Permanent)
Number of Positions: 1 Position
Salary: 32.00/hr for 30 - 40 hrs/week
Education: Secondary School
Experience: 2-3 years of experience required
Language: English
Essential skills: Team player, client focus, good oral communication, flexibility.
Work Conditions & Physical Capability: Bending, crouching, kneeling and attention to detail.
Duties to be performed:
• Measure and lay out reference points for the installation.
• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, or other specifications.
• Replace and repair parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
• Startup system and test for leaks using testing devices.
• Use hand or power tools to install refrigeration or air conditioning parts such as motors, controls, gauges, valves, circulating pumps, condensers, humidifiers, evaporators, and compressors.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• May prepare work estimates for clients.
