Position: HVAC and Furnace Installer Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking HVAC and Furnace Installer Assistant to support our installation team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in the heating and cooling trade while assisting licensed technicians with furnace and HVAC system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with installing furnaces, air conditioning units, and related HVAC equipment.
Carry, load, and organize tools, parts, and materials for installation projects.
Prepare work areas by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as directed.
Help with system testing, adjustments, and start-ups under supervision.
Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites and in company vehicles.
Provide courteous assistance to customers and represent the company professionally.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
electrical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Knowledge of electrical systems is an asset.
Ability to work outdoors and under various weather conditions.
Willingness to travel to different job sites across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver area.
