In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your deep knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem and major EHR/EMR platforms like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to solve complex challenges for hospitals, health systems, and specialty practices. You’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient care, streamline operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
🔹 What You’ll Do
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and large specialty groups.
✅ Engage C-suite leaders and key decision-makers using a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
✅ Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
✅ Serve as a trusted technical advisor, articulating the value of complex IT services tailored to healthcare environments.
✅ Lead the development of proposals and RFP responses, addressing technical feasibility and compliance requirements.
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to deal closure and handoff.
✅ Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions and go-to-market strategies.
✅ Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive strategic conversations.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, Health Informatics, or related field.
✅ Deep Healthcare Domain Experience in Solutioning
✅ 10-15+ years in US healthcare IT sales, with significant experience working with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
✅ Deep understanding of provider workflows, regulatory mandates (HIPAA, HITECH, MACRA/MIPS), and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA, HIE).
✅ Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions to large health systems, IDNs, and major healthcare organizations.
✅ Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and technical audiences alike.
✅ High motivation, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
