Credify Health manages credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment for healthcare provider groups across the country. We take the administrative weight off providers so they can focus on patients.

The role:
We're hiring a Licensing Specialist to own state professional license applications for our client providers, end to end.

What you'll do:
- Prepare and file initial, renewal, and interstate license applications for physicians and allied health providers across multiple states
- Work directly in state licensing portals; track every application's status and deadline
- Respond to state board deficiency notices and requests for additional documentation
- Coordinate supporting documents: verifications, education and training records, malpractice history, work history
- Flag licensing issues that affect payer enrollment and credentialing timelines
- Keep accurate, current records of every license, expiration date, and renewal window

What we're looking for:
- Experience with state medical or healthcare professional licensing (direct hands-on filing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail - applications get rejected over small errors
- Persistent, organized follow-up; you don't let a file sit
- Clear written English for board and client correspondence
- Comfortable working in multiple state portals and tracking systems at once
