Healthcare Compliance Manager Job

Direct and evaluate work activities of caregivers. Oversee scheduling of caregivers. Audit caregivers' hours worked. Prepare payroll. Maintain record management systems. Oversee company plan for addressing patient complaints and concerns. Ensure that all caregivers are properly educated about clients' needs. Ensure that all caregivers are properly trained and remain current on the applicable regulations as well as company policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety. Audit caregivers' work performance by twice weekly traveling to visit clients' homes at unanticipated sites all within the same area of intended employment as the primary worksite address.

Employer will accept a master's in healthcare or a closely related field.

12 months of experience in job offered or 12 months of hands-on experience or a combination ofhands-on experience and postsecondary coursework in home care and/or healthcare is required.

Twice weekly travel to visit clients' homes at unanticipated sites all within the same area ofintended employment as the primary worksite address is required.
