Head of Player Development – Girls Job

Responsible for identifying and recruiting female soccer players and soccer coaches. Provide soccer training to prepare athletes for competitive events and next level (NCAA and NAIA soccer scholarships). Evaluate skills and review performances and work towards establishing a successful soccer academy for girls that maximizes player exposure and experiences for all players. Hire, supervise, and train professional soccer coaching staff.

2 years of experience required as Head Soccer Coach, Head Coach, Operations Manager or related or any combination thereof required. Experience must have included recruiting and training soccer players and soccer coaches. Experience must have included soccer coaching for
tournament play. Salary offered $57,000 per year.
