Job Description:
🔹 Sales Responsibilities
Build and manage your own sales pipeline of freight brokers, carriers, and 3PLs
Pitch, close, and onboard new clients for our freight lead generation services
Develop outbound and inbound sales strategies
Maintain strong relationships with active clients to drive retention and upsells
Track and optimize sales performance (conversion rates, lead quality, etc.)

2–5 years of experience in sales, logistics, or freight brokerage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Ability to work independently and hit sales goals
Basic understanding of lead generation models is a plus
Startup or entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
