iSellForYou is "the Uber of sales." We run a marketplace of remote sales reps across the United States. Our reps call real customers of ecommerce brands and help them finish the purchases they left behind. Brands get back revenue they would have lost. Reps earn commission on every sale they close, from home.
The role
Our marketplace is growing fast, and our reps need one person who is always there for them. As Head of Marketplace, you are the first point of contact for every rep. You welcome them, you help them win, and you keep the community strong. This is an entry-level leadership role on the sales side: you start close to the reps and grow with the company.
What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for our remote sales reps
- Onboard new reps in their first 24 hours, so they are ready to make real calls fast
- Run the rep community: the group chat, daily huddles, leaderboards and shout-outs
- Answer questions quickly, on chat and on the phone
- Keep reps active and motivated, and follow up with reps who go quiet
- Spot top performers and help them grow
- Collect feedback from reps and share it with the founders every week
- Work with the recruiting team on new sign-ups, so every new rep has a great start
Who you are
- You have a background in sales or a customer-facing role
- You love people and you love helping them succeed
- You are organized and you follow through
- You are great on chat and on the phone
- You are based in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience running an online community
- Experience managing Discord, Slack or WhatsApp groups
