Head of Marketing and Growth / Product Manager Job

Cosmos Network is seeking a senior marketing and growth leader to own how the market hears about Cosmos Network and how the company acquires its first major wave of users.
This is a strategic leadership role and will partner closely with Product, Technology, and the Founder.
The title is flexible — Head of Marketing and Growth, Chief Communications Officer, or similar depending on experience.

Cosmos Network is also seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will coordinate between engineering, design, and business teams to shape a user-friendly crypto platform that delivers secure, fast, and intuitive digital transactions.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or high-growth startup environments.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Define and maintain the product vision aligned with Cosmos Network Hub’s mission.
Translate business goals into clear product goals and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitors, and user needs.
2. Roadmap Ownership
Build and manage the product roadmap from MVP → advanced features.
Prioritize tasks using structured frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
Ensure the roadmap aligns with technical capacity and business timelines.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with blockchain developers, backend engineers, and designers.
Ensure everyone (tech, marketing, business team) understands the product direction.
Run sprint planning, daily standups, and feature review sessions.
4. User Experience & Research
Gather feedback from users, testers, and community members.
Turn insights into actionable product improvements.
Advocate for a clean, intuitive user interface for all Cosmos Network Hub tools.
5. Feature Definition & Documentation
Write detailed feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create mockups or work with designers to visualize product ideas.
Ensure features are properly tested before release.
6. Product Launch & Analytics
Plan and coordinate product releases with marketing and engineering teams.
Track metrics like user onboarding, transactions, churn, and feature adoption.
Use analytics to refine the product and improve performance over time.
7. Risk & Compliance Awareness
Ensure features follow security best practices.
Coordinate with compliance advisors when needed (KYC/AML, privacy, regulations).

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS product management.
Strong understanding of crypto wallets, blockchain basics, or DeFi tools.
Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing cross-functional teams.
