Head of Content Product Team Job

Ringle, Inc. seeks Head of Content Product Team to Manage projects on the planning, design, and implementation of English-language and ESL training programs for Korean corporations expanding in the US. Coordinate complex projects across multiple time zones (Korea, the US, and Europe) to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Develop project plans and oversee the development of proprietary business English and ESL lesson materials, training resources, and professional communication content for executives and business professionals. Lead cross-functional project teams and a freelancer network—including writers, editors, translators, instructors/tutors, and webinar operators—spanning Korea, the US, and Europe. Ensure project outcomes including instructional quality, editorial accuracy, and alignment with client and learner objectives, and evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation of AI and digital tools to streamline curriculum development, content production, and workflow processes of projects. This is a fully telecommuting position from anywhere in the US.
