Head Dispatcher Job

1320138 BC Ltd operating name Hustle Deliveries is hiring for two head dispatcher on for our office located at 205-8028 128th Street, Surrey, BC. This position is full-time with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week.

Job Duties for this position include the following responsibilities:
-Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of workers
-Establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, and prepare progress reports for management
-Accept the leave request of workers and schedule another employee for the shift covering
-Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
-Supervise the staff and make sure that everyone is performing their roles
-Make sure that the team member are completing the tasks and delivering the products on time.
-Schedule the workers and keep track of clock in and out times

Number Of Positions: 2

Requirements for the Position:
-Completion of secondary school is required
-1 to 2 years of experience may be required
-English as a language skill is required

Compensation Package Includes:
-$31.35 per hour
-4% vacation pay
-Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
