Head Cook Job

Dinestcorp Holding Ltd. (dba Dinesty Dumpling House) is seeking a Head Cook for its Richmond location.

Full-time, $37.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Bonus available depending on sales performance.

Standard 6-8 hour shifts for this position could be scheduled between 11AM and 9PM, as required.

Duties:
• Cook everything on the menu;
• Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness;
• Maintain a clean kitchen;
• Supervise all food preparation;
• Provide training to new kitchen staff on matters of hygiene, Chinese cuisine techniques, and other matters.

Qualifications:
• Secondary school completion required;
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
• Previous experience with Chinese cuisine is an asset;
• English language ability required;
• Chinese language ability is an asset.
