Wage: $36.60 per hour

Job Duties:
• Plan and develop menus featuring authentic Szechuan and Northeastern Chinese cuisine
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures
• Monitor food costs, control inventory, and order supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Oversee kitchen scheduling and workflow efficiency
• Maintain authenticity of dishes and improve menu offerings
Qualifications:
• Language of Work: English, Chinese is an asset
• Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
• Cuisine specialties: Experience in Szechuan cuisine and Northeastern Chinese cuisine is required
• Experience: 3 years or more of relevant work experience as a cook is required
