skilled and experienced Full-time, permanent Head Chef.

Conditions
• Position: Head Chef (NOC 62200)
• Full-time, Permanent Position
• Wage: $35.00 per hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
• Vacation: 10 days paid vacation or 4 % gross salary
• Position Available: 1

Job Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• Experience: 5 years or more of experience in commercial cooking experience
• Language: English is required

Job Duties
• Supervise sous-chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
• Maintain food meets quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation
• Develop new recipes, improve food presentation, and refine menus
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Control food costs and operational expenses to adhere to the budget
• Handle customer complaints and maintain effective communication with suppliers
