Maguro Sushi in Delta, BC is looking for experienced head chef
Position: Head Chef, Full time, Permanent
Work Location: 5241 Ladner Trunk Road Delta, BC V4K 1W4
Salary Rate and working hours: $34 ~ $36.80 hour and 30 Hours per week
Duties
Supervise activities of chef, cooks and other kitchen workers
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Create new recipes
Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or special guests or functions
Arrange for equipment purchases
Consult with clients regarding events such as weddings, banquets and specialty functions
Recruit and hire staff
