Head Chef Job

We, Paris Baguette - Beacon Hill in Calgary are looking for head chef to join our team

Position: Head Chef, Full time, Permanent
Location: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111 Calgary, AB T3R 0A1
Wage Rate and working hours: $36~$37 per hour and 30 Hours per week
Duties
- Plan and direct food preparation and baking and cooking activities
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Supervise activities of chefs, bakers and cooks
- Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
- Prepare and complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular basis, or for special guests or functions
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions or events

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial baking or food preparation
- Able to communicate in English
- Available to work in evening and weekends
- Completion of secondary graduation or higher
