Working hours: 30 – 40 per week

Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.
Group insurance benefits will be provided and a 10% discount after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the butcher department, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff, ensuring proper meat-cutting techniques and customer service standards.
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry.
- Cut and pack according to present at the self-serve counter.
- Display meat, poultry.
- Manage Inventory, and track records.
- Weigh meat, poultry to price label.
- Check food storage condition meets health standards.

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in the butcher field is required.
