Position: Head Butcher

Business Address: 330-1175 Johnson St, Coquitlam, BC V3B 7K1
Working Location: Same as business address
Wage: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week
Number of Positions: 2
Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry
• Cut and pack according to present at the self-serve counter
• Display meat and poultry
• Manage Inventory and track records.
• Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters.
• Weigh meat and poultry to price label.
• Check food storage conditions meet health standards
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 2 years of related experience is required.
